This could be due to health conditions, financial difficulties, bereavement, disability, language barriers, or other personal circumstances.

If you need additional support, please let us know. We will do our best to communicate in a way that works for you and make reasonable adjustments where appropriate

Tenant Claims operates on a seek-and-refer basis. If we refer you to a solicitor and you have told us about any support needs, we may share relevant information with them (with your consent) so they can continue to support you.
